I will update my review accordingly after the party. I was hoping to speak to a manager before the party, but no one answers the phone. It is now too late for me to cancel because I sent the invites out immediately after booking. Also, the floors in the party area were so sticky. It looked like it had not be vacuumed in a LONG time. After booking and paying the deposit, I went in for a tour and was shocked at how dirty the floors were. I made the mistake of booking a birthday party online because I was worried my date/time would book before I could make it there to tour the place. I understand this is a business and the more back-to-back parties they have, the more money they make, buy at some point the business owner must decide if they are willing to sacrifice client experience over money.
Also, the birthday party felt way too rushed (40 minutes to eat and have cake for a total of 16 kids plus parents). I didn’t give 5 stars because I still feel like cleanliness is lacking and the place is just way too overcrowded and understaffed. The kids and parents had a great time and 1-1.5 hours of jump time was plenty. Update: We had our party today and it was a success.
